Problem About DNS Zone

Pls, help me am using free host have park my domain before but i reload my account and i want to park it again its writing DNS ZONE ALREADY PARKED Pls how can i solve this problem

  You are getting this error because it's already there and parked on top of that account.

  Hello :) You will need to contact your web hosting provider to have them delete the existing DNS Zone for the domain name you want to park. Thank you.
