FTP Backup excludes mysql directory

I'm backing up both locally and to ftp. The local backup is complete, but FTP does not have the MySql directory and system files

  Hello, Remote FTP backup is only for the accounts backup, It will not generate the backup for your system files. And regarding the mysql, Please enable "Per Account Only " Creates an individual database backup for each account. " options in your backup setting

  Are you using cPanel new backup system with option checked Retain backups in the default backup directory?? Are both local and FTP backups created using automated cPanel backup system configured at: WHM Home >> Backup >> Backup Configuration

  Hello :) The backup of system files to remote destinations must be enabled manually at this time. Instructions on this can be found at: System Backups Feel free to vote and add your input to the feature request that allows system backups to be enabled through WHM: System File Backups through WHM Note that MySQL backups are per-account and included with the account archives for remote destination backups.
