cPanel vps high cpu and all Apache connection used..

Hello VPS with 2 vCpu and 2GB RAM only 1 site onboard, with wordpress There are installed mod_security and CSF This machine have a high cpu usage, Apache have full connetion, there isn't slot free for new connection Under Process manager we have a tons of Nobody 0 0.0 0.2 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start -DSSL Under Apache Status we see a lot of 17-0 19953 0/11/11 G 0.26 191 0 0.0 0.07 0.07 36.**.**.29 77.**.**.73 NULL -- We have set CSF block based on connection tracking and on mod_security trigger, but we are sure there is a lot of bad traffic.. The apache configuration : Start Servers : 5 Minimum Spare Servers : 5 Maximum Spare Servers : 10 Server Limit : 384 Max Clients : 300 Max Requests Per Child : 300 Keep-Alive : On Keep-Alive Timeout : 25 Max Keep-Alive Requests : 25 Timeout : 300 If we switch off Keep-alive server cpu load go 199 and more :/ The same if we lower keep-alive timeout Any suggest for bring more traffic, lower cpu usage and discard bad connection ?
