Hello, I have two smtp servers, one is cPanel(EXIM) and Microsoft Exchange server(remote but co-located). When an email has been sent to the recipient which is not found in cPanel(EXIM), EXIM server should re-direct all these kind of emails to my remote smtp server(Exchange server in this case).   Hello :) If the recipient is not found, it's typically bounced to the original sender. Note that using multiple email servers is typically done for redundancy so that if one goes down, the secondary MX record will ensure the email is delivered. Email clustering is currently not supported by cPanel. Thank you.
