upgrade problem 11.38 to 11.40
hi there,
other than blockers (mysql version etc) what are possible reasons for CAN NOT upgrade from WHM 11.38.2 (build 7) 11.40 ?
we have 15 cpanel servers in our company, but one of them cant be upgraded via whm nor ssh even -force options not useful atm.

Hello, Can you please check your cPanel Update Preferences through WHM >> Server Configuration >> Update Preferences and setup it to RELEASE OR CURRENT and than try to run cPanel update with --force. 0 -
