Creating New Account using WHM 11.40.0 (build 24)

I am trying to create a new account, some options do not seem to be working In the Package section, when I click "Select Options Manually" it used to allow me to choose an IP address - Not today In the DNS Settings section, when I choose "Use the nameservers specified at the Domain"s Registrar. (Ignore locally specified nameservers.)" it does not update It still works ok on WHM 11.38.2 (build 12)

  To update... On creating a new account a new Ip was used as a dedicated IP address and the nameservers from the Domain"s Registrar were used
