    Hello :) It looks like you are using the MailScanner application. This is a third-party application that is not supported by cPanel. Could you temporarily disable MailScanner to see if the issue continues so you can rule out MailScanner as the cause of the issue? Thank you.

    Disabling Mailscanner isn't a realistic option since we can't reproduce the issue with or without Mailscanner. Emails from the same user to the same users worked fine, within an hour of that email. I'll look at Mailscanner as a possible cause.
