Cannot find reseller functions

Hi I have just bought a dedicated server with a cpanel --WHM 11.40.0 (build 24). Under root access, I created an account with "Reseller Privileges", but when I login this account cpanel, I found only very basic function list, there is not a WHM.Am I missed something? thank you Henry

  You will need to log into the WebHost Manager, not cPanel, as your reseller user, in order to create and terminate accounts and perform other reseller actions. Those functions only appear in the WHM, not in cPanel. Resellers can log into the WHM just like root can, though they have access to fewer functions in the WHM than root.

  Hi, I created a reseller account in root WHM, then I logined in reseller account's WHM but still cannot find any function allow me to create a new account. please see attached screenshot of WHM.   You'll need to log back in as root and modify your Reseller account's settings. WHM " Resellers " Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges
