Backup User Selection message

Hello! I have this message for hours and i can't use that option. "There is a request being processed. You will not be able to make any changes until the process is finished." What can i do to re enable the user selection tool? Thanks

  Please check to see if the following directory exists on your system: /var/cpanel/backups

  Exists. But.. the problem is solved. Now i can use the user selection tool. Thanks!
