Blocked IP?

Yesterday i got my domain and hosting after 3days, yesterday i got fully control to my cpanel and to my said domain after i uploaded some files from ftp client, i try to test my homepage if the html's is applied. but what i got is always "LOADING LOADING LOADING" it cant even resolve my domain.. then i tried to re-log in to m cpanel and yes is the same it keeps loading until "This webpage is not available" so i tried to download a free vpn called hotspotshield, i connect my vpn then navigated to my cpanel and domain, say what? IT WORKED!!!! and that is my problem guys, i think my domain and cpanel blocked my ip? help me please :confused:

  You would do better to contact your Hosting Provider directly about this. Only they can unblock you from the firewall if thats the case.
