how to enable cpmove command in a vps reseller account?

I have access to a command that allows me to restore a cpanel using the cpmove feature in the root. But I created a reseller account and the whm of the reseller is missing the entire backup section. Any help would be appreciated.

  Backup/restore functions are not available to resellers WHM panel unless you enable the "all priviliges" option in the "Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges" [COLOR="#FF0000">Note, allowing this make the reseller ROOT so think carefully before you enable this option!!!
