How can limit SMTP to sending only authenticated email address ?

Hi, when I add email account in Thunderbird. I have one SMTP connection like (me@mywebsite.com) for my email and sending Email. now if I adding the another email for example (me2013@domain.com) without SMTP setting, I can sending email with (me2013@domain.com). I want to my server SMTP service stop sending email from (me2013@domain.com) without SMTP setting.

  Hello :) The following option in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" under the "Mail" tab may be useful: "EXPERIMENTAL: Rewrite From: header to match actual sender" "If you enabled this option, the From: header will be rewritten to be the email address of the actual message sender. If you choose the "remote" option, only messages that are being sent to remote destinations will be affected." Thank you.
