cPanel backup: new system or old system problems with incremental backups

I configured both systems to use incremental backups with 7 daily retentions (all week days). Both are retention only one day... Note about BACKUP_DAILY_RETENTION: whm doesn't allow to configure default value (1). I put manually 7. Why my incremental backup doesn't retains 7 days?
