any news on new phpmyadmin from google Summer of Code?
Hello guys, I just wanted to bring to your attention, if it have happened yet, that phpmyadmin have been heavily revamped by a team of coders in the last Google Summer of Code. It will bring several benefits to the perfomance and security of the package and it would be great to just have it updated within cPanel soon :)

The version integrating these improvements will be 4.1, which actually is in RC phase

It will come up with exciting new features and improvements.
Hope to see it integrated within cPanel once it reachs a stable version.
Best regards.

Hello :) Thank you for sharing these updates. Our development team does monitor new releases of phpMyAdmin, so once phpMyAdmin 4.1 is stable, it's something that will likely be implemented (after testing and going through QA). Thank you. 0
