Create "backup download" users within Cpanel ?

I would like to add a few users to be able to ftp access just the backup mount point on the server without allowing access to anything else. It would just be an FTP account. This would not be part of any hosted domain, rather to the main server account/domain. Is this something I can do within cpanel or do I have to do it manually from Centos command line ? Basically need wheel group access so they can ftp into "/backup" and do downloads but would like to be able to add and delete them from the gui/whm or possibly restrict them within folder sub directories inside /backup if that's possible. Any help/best method would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Create the FTP account. Generate the backup - place the backup within the folder assigned to the FTP account. You can even make the folder world-viewable and set .htpasswd so that it can be downloaded with a user/password via HTTP as well.

  Thanks but that doesn't really help me with the task I am trying to do. I don't want to make an account manually, move the files and then toy around with the .htpasswd.

  Hello :) You will need to configure this manually by creating a new user on your system. You can grant FTP access for this user to their own home directory, where you can store backup files. Thank you.
