Dovecot have error "Starting Dovecot Imap: Fatal: service(config) access(/usr/libexec/dovecot/confi"

When i restart dovecot, i'm receive error "Starting Dovecot Imap: Fatal: service(config) access(/usr/libexec/dovecot/config) failed: Permission denied ". I'm have change permision to 755, but that error repeat for after a few days.
