cPanel Disk Space Usage shows "0 MB quota limit (0 MB used)"
Hello,
Disk space info is showing wrong under cpanel >> Files >> Disk Space Usage. Please see the attached screen shot.
.vB
At the end of the screen shot the disk space usage is shown as "0 MB total disk space used" and "0 MB quota limit (0 MB used)".
All my quota settings are fine.Quotas works fine in WHM and cPanel stats bar too.
Mounted option are as follows:
# mount | grep quota
/dev/sda1 on / type ext4 (rw,usrjquota=quota.user,jqfmt=vfsv0)
/dev/sda5 on /home type ext4 (rw,noatime,usrjquota=quota.user,jqfmt=vfsv0)
/dev/sdb1 on /backup type ext4 (rw,usrjquota=quota.user,jqfmt=vfsv0)
I have tried:
# /scripts/fixquota
# /scripts/initquotas ..etc
But nothing helps !
Currently using cPanel 11.40
Please help me ..

Hello :) You should ensure quotas are disabled for your /backup mount. Feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look: Submit A Ticket You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0 -

Hi! Sorry for not having updated this thread, but i opened a ticket and my problem is being investigated right now. I will post the solution here. Thanks Nuno Leite 0 -
To update, it looks like the issue was related to the lack of second-level quotas for this VPS. This is documented at: [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/VirtuozzoQuotas]Enabling Quotas on a Virtuozzo" VPS Thank you. 0
