Website redirecting to Webmail

I have a website and it happens to some users that whenever they try to get to it, they are being redirected to the Webmail instead. What seems to be the problem here? Can anyone assist please?

  If you're the website owner and don't have root access the best you can do is contacting your webhosting company to resolve the issue but if you have root access you may submit a ticket to cPanel for investigation. There might be DNS issues as some of your users are being redirected .

  Hello :) You can check the .htaccess file within your public_html directory to see if any redirects are added. Otherwise, you may want to consult with your web hosting provider to have them investigate this from the root level. Thank you.
