Configure cPanel Cron Times not found

Hi After installing Cpanel, "Configure cPanel Cron Times" not found in Manage Plugins. Notice the picture .vB Please help me to install the plugin Thanks

  its part of cpanel is no longer a plug in (I think has been for at over three years now) WHM>server configuration>configure cPanel cron jobs
