Mail sent from webmail (configured in Outlook) always delivered in spam folder
I have a client and have created a support email id from webmail. This email address is configured in ms outlook.
When a mail is sent to any mail id including gmail, yahoo and other webmail ids, mail is delivered in 'Spam' folder instead of 'Inbox'
Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Hello :) It's difficult to troubleshoot this type of issue if you do not have root access to the system. It's possibly related to a lack of a RDNS entry for the IP address used by Exim to send email. Or, it could be based on the email reputation of the server. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this issue. Thank you. 0
