[Case 84937] Altered RPM found on my server !!

Hello Everyone, I have today received an email from my sever saying that :- [QUOTE]The following RPMs are found to be altered from their original install state: cpanel-php53-PEAR,1.9.4,3.cp1136,/opt/cpanel/php/53/.registry/pear.reg
Can anybody let me know if i need to be worried about it ? Please advice. Thank you

  Hello :) There is an internal case open to address this issue. For reference, the case number is 84937. Our development team is working to have a resolution pushed out as soon as possible. You can monitor our change log for updates: cPanel - Change Log In the meantime, the temporary resolution is to run the following command: /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms
  Verify there are no additional issues, and then run: /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms "fix

  Thank you so very much for your update "Michael", But i could not find case no.84937 related to this issue, can you make sure, the case number mentioned is the correct one ? Thank you

  Yes, a resolution is not yet available. You can monitor the change log for that case number to know when a resolution has been pushed out. Thank you.
