Client Cpanel and WHM Cpanel problems

[COLOR="#0000FF">[COLOR="#B22222">Dear sir/madam my server ip is local ip 10.0.0.20 and public ip addres 103.15.62.80 using nat function and i given initial setup whm cpanel time ns1.domain.com ip 10.0.0.20 ns2.domain.com ip 10.0.0.21 i opened client cpanel upload the web file but not displaying the browser getting error .... my domain in bigrock domain name domain.com i given the hosting only .. [COLOR="#FFA07A">please help me i am fresher in this field please help me

  This will be tricky if you use nat with cpanel. Not sure if cpanel will work 100% right in NAT. The nameservers should be set with public ip anyway.

  cPanel as of 11.40 has NAT support: [url=http://releases.cpanel.net/releases/11-40/11-nat-support/]1:1 NAT Support | cPanel Releases I'd suggest opening a ticket with cPanel.

  Hello, Yes, You can open a ticket to cPanel support team but I think there is an issues with the port/firewall setting, Please enable all port for your IP's which is added on your server because I can see your domain IP is showing the port 80 is closed from outside and IP 103.15.62.80 is showing the port 80 is open. You can check it through : /http://ping.eu/port-chk/ Thank you..!
