    This will be tricky if you use nat with cpanel. Not sure if cpanel will work 100% right in NAT. The nameservers should be set with public ip anyway.

    cPanel as of 11.40 has NAT support: [url=http://releases.cpanel.net/releases/11-40/11-nat-support/]1:1 NAT Support | cPanel Releases I'd suggest opening a ticket with cPanel.

    Hello, Yes, You can open a ticket to cPanel support team but I think there is an issues with the port/firewall setting, Please enable all port for your IP's which is added on your server because I can see your domain IP is showing the port 80 is closed from outside and IP 103.15.62.80 is showing the port 80 is open. You can check it through : /http://ping.eu/port-chk/ Thank you..!
