Server Management Admins for Hire?

Are there any bona-fide server administrators for hire on a case-by-case basis for a reasonable fee? They would have to use English as their primary language and be USA-based. A real company with a published telephone number would be inspiring. Since I would be giving them root access to my servers, it would have to be someone who could be trusted and have references. Do any companies like this exist? example tasks: -- Upgrade mySQL and make sure existing apps continue to run. -- Rebuild Apache with the following options -- Be able to advise in advance of any possible pitfalls, issues, etc. Basically an expert to fall back upon when am either not comfortable with doing it myself or I am too busy.
