    You'll need to get with your webmaster for assistance. If you are the webmaster then you'll need to get with the script developer [vBulletin] for assistance. The issue you're facing isn't related to cPanel or WHM - it's related to the script you're running and it's database. You would have the same issue with the same files and database regardless of the server control panel.

    Probably the PHP script was incompatible with mysql version. After uploading original script files and did vbulletin upgrade process, it started working.
