how to add dns my WHM cPanel

Dear sir/madam my domain purchased in big rock ... but i hosted in another please..example host gator ... what is setting modification in domain cpanel .. now i create client cpanel also ..but it is displaying the web sit ip based ..mean i type ip addresss displaying website my domain name example.com please help me ...i am fresher in this field

  In order to resolve your domain, you should ask your hosting provider nameservers example host gator nameserver and update those nameservers to your domain registrar end.

  Hello :) Please ensure you assign the name servers provided by your hosting provider to your domain name at the domain registrar. Or, consider creating your own name servers at the registrar, and then assigning them to the domain name at their registrar. Thank you.
