cPanel Upgrade to Latest Version Problem

Hi, I tried to upgrade whm latest vers. but it can not pass [Starting newemail] running task. I tried upcp command too, same problem. What is the reason? How can I fix it?

  Hello :) What version of cPanel are you upgrading from? Also, could you let us know how long it hangs at that phase of the cPanel update? Thank you.
