central control panel?

Is there any way to have a central control panel for managing all of the servers from one place? ServerPilot does this but it doesn't do email hosting or reseller accounts or DNS. Thanks.

  There isn't anything out there that does this that's available as far as I know - some providers have it - but it's 100% custom and they aren't sharing. You could easily do this via the cPanel API but it'd be an entirely custom solution.
