Help in setting up email security

Hi I need help in setting up WHM/cPanel that no one can send an email from their email address that is not hosted on this server (ie. #^%#^@hotmail.com) Getting lots of spam email being sent. Thanks

  Hello :) It's not possible to authenticate via SMTP without a password or without first logging into a valid email account via POP3. Are you able to view the full message header to see more details about where the message originated from? If so, you may need to suspend any accounts that are utilizing your server to send out SPAM and to spoof the "FROM" address in the header. Thank you.
