Issues accessing cPanel

I was trying to access cPanel for our currency converter website - removed - but getting load status and nothing. What did i do wrong? Should i edit cname in DNS?

  Since your access level is "Reseller Owner", you should ask your hosting provider for help with this. Your hosting provider has the access needed to tell you exactly what is wrong, which no one in this forum has.
