How to learn cPanel and WHM from the beginning?

Hello, Is there any kind of video or course I can learn more about Cpanel and WHM? I'd like to install it for 14 days in my VPS to learn how to install, etc. About setup I think I can do it with DEMO version in the Cpanel's web site + documentation. I could see there are videos in youtube, too. What are your suggestions? I'd like to learn it in a more professional way. Specially about SECURITY. I could read good and bad things, but I do not have a real experience in the backend. Thank you!

  Do you have official videos, too? Maybe a stupid question but: Is it possible to install cPanel in localhost? I know I can install it for test for 14 days in a host. Tks!
