Error 401

Our new reseller client cannot access WHM. He is getting following error: HTTP error 401 You do not have permission to access this page. I have allowed his IP range in WHM security center-> host access control. is this correct place to allow his IP. Still he cannot access our WHM page and getting the above mentioned error.

  Hello :) It sounds like you may have incorrectly added their IP address to the host access control page. Could you review that page or view it directly in /etc/hosts.allow to ensure you have not mistyped or placed their IP address in the wrong location or service? Thank you.
