decompressing in cpanel's filemanager not working 100%

hi All, decompressing from zipfiles which were uploaded in the filemanager and need to be decompressed there is not working good. The decompressor fails a lot of files and folders. we had sort of a same problem with unpacking large sql database files, decompressing stops out of the blue and that was it then :( what can be done or what is the solution?

  Hello :) Please check the cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) when the extraction fails to complete successfully. Do you notice any particular error messages during the failure? Thank you.

  Hi Michael, I think i have to find the cause for this problem in the fact that there was not enough space available on the account... :o thanks for your reply and a happy new year!
