Can't create a FTP Account?

I have the Demo Version of cPanel and tried to create a FTP Account but theres not a Sign for the FTP Account like for other users... Can i use the create FTP Account Feature or do i have to be a premium member? And if i can, where can i find this option? -Greetings TheChoosen0ne

  Hello :) It seems like your hosting provider has not enabled the "FTP Accounts" feature for your shared hosting account. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this issue. Thank you.
