Internal Error on load php files - CentOS

I have cPanel / WHM installed on CentOS, and whenever I try to access files *.php error Internal Server Error is displayed.

  Hello :) Please review the Apache error log (/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log) to determine the exact cause of the internal server error message. You can post the output (of the specific error, not the entire log) here for review. Thank you.

  The error was simple. Was trying to access files created by root, with users who lacked permission. Sufficed connect via ftp with user resale only, NOT the root, upload the files to the server and it worked perfectly. Tnk's
