Hello :) There is no native support for viewing statistics without first accessing cPanel. Feel free to vote for the existing feature request for this at: [url=http://features.cpanel.net/responses/view-awstats-without-logging-into-cpanel]View AWStats without logging into cPanel | cPanel Feature Requests Thank you.

    I have same situation last night 1 ) Create # mkdir -p /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2/$user/$domain/
    (referrer to [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/EasyApache3/InsideVHost]Changes Contained within a VirtualHost Directive for more data) 2 ) create and add this directives to a anyname.conf # echo ' Alias /webstat /var/www/vhosts/$user/tmp/webalizer suPHP_UserGroup user group '> "/usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2/$user/$domain/awstat_publico.conf"
    3 ) check if cpanel accept the new config root@server:~#/scripts/verify_vhost_includes|grep $user root@server:~# /scripts/ensure_vhost_includes --user=$user
    4) restart apache root@server:~# service httpd restart
