Disk Quota Error
I moved multiple accounts from old cpanel server to new cpanel server.
I checked Home "Account Information "List Accounts and some accounts are reflecting new server IP while other accounts are still reflecting old server IP.
I checked /home via SSH and there are cpanel accounts owned by group and user root.
I tried chown group:user cpaneluser but it gives an error about "Disk quota exceeded"
How can I fix this?

Yes, I asked my VPS provider to enable first level quota and it worked after that.0
