Thanks, Missing DKIM record And i was sure it had one :confused:0 -
Now the strange thing is - I have a valid DKIM and the above test - Brandon Checketts lists the DKIM as missing ? [QUOTE]DKIM Signature This message does not contain a DKIM Signature 0 -
Still getting bounced mail 550 incorrect signature errors But DKIM is now set up ok, but as above if i test it i get no skim sig returned ? Do i need to restart any services (have restarted imap) 0 -
Hello, dkim signatures are entered at the DNS level, so you can dig for it, if you have shell access. Example might be: # dig dkim._domainkey.YOURDOMAIN.TLD txt
Replace YOURDOMAIN.TLD with your domain name obviously. Also if you are using something other than dkim as the host, you would need to change that.0 -
Yes, dig is fine - i have dkim sigs and all is good with dig and if i run a dkim test like here [url=http://www.appmaildev.com/en/dkim/]DKIM Test - DKIM Verify - DKIM Validator But Yahoo are still bouncing my emails as [QUOTE]Remote host said: 550 signature_incorrect [BODY]

To update, it was found that the third-party application MailScanner was installed on this system. While not necessarily the cause of this issue, we asked the customer to disable it to see if the issue continues. Thank you. 0
