spamd & mySQL keeps failing 20 times a day
I have a VPS with several accounts that run using cPanels. For almost a year now, I have been getting these emails titled "FAILED: spamd on xxx.xxxxxxx.com (IP)" emails 20 or more times a day with the message mentioned below.
I have contacted my hosting company a few times regarding this issue, but they just ask me to add caching to my sites (which I have), then they say that "server continues to suffer from out of memory events" so I need to upgrade to a higher level. But, I am no where near my usage limits.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Could you elaborate on which specific memory limits your hosting provider has concluded your server has reached? What methods have you used to determine that their information is not accurate? Thank you.0
