    Hello :) Assuming you are the administrator of both web servers, you can setup the second hosting server the same way you setup the first one. Configure it to synchronize changes to both DNS-Only servers. Note that using US-based DNS-Only servers when traffic is primarily from Asia may result in a bit slower latency. Thank you.

    I agree with that. Do you recommend I get another Asia VPS for DNS-only server(3rd DNS server) and point these 2 Hosting servers to these 3 DNS-only servers?

    It's difficult to say how much of a speed increase you will see by using a server located closer to where your customers are making the connection attempts. If you do decide to utilize a server located in Asia for DNS-Only purposes, then it's likely better to not include the US-based servers in the cluster if you want to ensure only the Asian server is utilized.
