WHM & IPv6
ok, let me try and get some help here. I understand that IPv6 is to help alleviate the finite number of IPv4s in use. I have also heard that we should make sure our websites are IPv6 ready using a tester like this: [url=http://ipv6-test.com/validate.php]IPv6 test - web site reachability
Now the question. Our data center can provide 1 IPv6 to us. Do we just get our server management company to set this up inside WHM?
Would we bind all websites to this 1 IPv6 or we do need a dedicated one for each domain?
In addition to WHM setup of IPv6, do we need to do anything to the server or domain content to make sure we are IPv6 ready?
A little new at this. Any info you care to share would be great!

Hello :) You can find our documentation on IPv6 at: cPanel - Enable IPv6 This document should provide you with the information you need, however feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you. 0 -
ipv6 implementation in cpanel is user/account based for websites... :-( if you want to use 1 ipv6 address (like your system ipv4 address) for all your hosted websites (like your default ipv4 adres) you need a workaround. At this moment (WHM 11.44.1 (build 15) ) all website with your system OS ipv6 address will be redirected to the default page :-( workaround: install nginx ipv6 enabled reverse proxy: /http://www.nginxcp.com/ 0
