  Hello :) You will need to take one of the steps listed in the error message that you posted. You can either register the addon using AppConfig or enable the referenced option in "Tweak Settings". Thank you.

As the documentation describes, the plug-in needs to be coded correctly to work with AppConfig, and that is the responsibility of the plug-in's developer, not cPanel.
