Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". To verify, do you have root access to this server? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can review /var/log/exim_mainlog and determine if the sender was blocked for a specific reason. Thank you.

Please search the email address of one of the customers that is not able to send mail to your domain name using commands such as: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_rejectlog
Do you notice any specific entries that would explain why the email message was blocked? Thank you.

Dear Michael, As I know exigrep is a Linux command and I'm running on windows. Is there any way to find out the details from windows ?

You will need to access your server via SSH to utilize those commands. You can find documentation on this at: SSH Access Thank you.

Hello, As cPanelMichael already stated with the original poster, you're access level is also listed as Website Owner. Have you consulted with your hosting provider? Do you have root access to the server? If so, please check the /var/log/exim_mainlog file for errors.

Hello, Reading your bounce message above, have you visited that Google link yet? If not, you should and follow the instructions there. What you have provided thus far however is not enough to go on to help you.

From the bounce back message seems like your server has sent many emails to gmail.com. Do you receive server alerts to your gmail.com address ?
