Hello, There is presently no way to stop email sending per account. Feel free to open up a feature request. Are you certain the account is not simply compromised?

I have recently had the same issue [COLOR="#FF8C00">SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host idcmail.shaw.ca [64.59.134.8]: 554-idcmail.shaw.ca 554 Your connection from 204.19.248.22 has been rejected due to poor reputation. I keep my cPanel open most of the time monitoring my activities on my account (latest visitor). I notice when I want to change my password for the cPanel it asks me for my old password, yet if someone compromises my account once they are in they can change my email passwords at will, it would be safer to have the same level of password security as when changing cPanel password by asking for the old password when changing the email password. I am now keeping my cPanel off now until I need it and have changed all passwords email and cPanel.
