    Hello :) You can utilize the "Email Archiving" option in cPanel if your web hosting provider has enabled it. Per it's description: "Email Archiving allows you to store a copy of each incoming and outgoing message that is sent to or from a domain on your account. The archives are stored in an uncompressed "maildir" format so they can be browsed via an IMAP connection. Be aware that archiving email can consume disk space quickly, and you should ensure you have enough disk space available for the retention period you select." Thank you.

    Hello, You're access level is listed as website owner. What you wish to accomplish can be done using Exim filters. But this is not something that a website owner would be able to do. You will most likley need to get your host involved. Information on how Exim sends/receives filters can be found here.
