Missing configuration files in account backup

    Hello :) It's difficult to troubleshoot this type of issue without access to the system if the backup logs show no error messages. Assuming the /etc/cpbackup-exclude.conf does not exclude those files, I suggest opening a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

    To update, it was determined the backup archives were corrupt. It was suggested the NFS mount where backups were generated to could have been the culprit (e.g. connection issues to this mount).
