Recomended a realtime email Arcive or disable client email delet option

Hello I need a way of preserving every incoming email, forever even if the account user deletes the email, can anyone give me any recommendations I have no idea where to start! Would a RPM or Plugin for WHM be any good or some sort of MX/DNS email capture be a batter option?
