    Hello :) It's possible the account is not assigned a dedicated IP address. Does the server support the use of SNI (CentOS 6 or RHEL 6 with cPanel 11.38 or higher)? If not, ensure you assign a dedicated IP address to the account before attempting to install the certificate. Thank you.

    I am not sure. I sniffed around a little when ssh'ing into the site and it might be a shared server from what I saw. I will have to ask about that.

    Yes, you will need to consult with your web hosting provider about this feature if you do not have root access to the server. Thank you.
