Hotmail Accepts but Doesn't Deliver

I have read many posts about Hotmail not accepting emails. I have setup the SPF and the only way to get an email from any of my domains is for that Hotmail user to go and whitelist the email. Are there any procedures for setting up the server to stop this requirement? I am on a VPS Thanks

  Hello, Sounds more like a Hotmail problem then a cPanel/WHM issue. If Hotmail accepts the email message from your VPS, then technically it is out of your hands.

  Is the message being actually blackholed or placed into the junk folder? Do you use SNDS and do you have the JMR setup?

  I actually talked to Microsoft and it is IP reputation -- new ip, Now all items are going to hotmail but straight to Junk folder. Same happens with GMail so need to reduce that. Any suggestions would be great.

  Hello, I would check dkim, spf and dmarc records in the full email headers (in the junk folder)... They may provide an answer...
