Hello, You're access level is listed as website owner. You should ask your host to review the /var/log/exim_mainlog file.

Hello, I will suggest you please setup the correct hostname on your VPS. You can change the hostname through WHM. [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/HOstname]Change Hostname

Current hosting name is domain.tld [QUOTE] Your hostname must contain at three unique sections split by periods.
So i understand i must change it to the right name. i can use host.domain.tld and change it. Nothing can be fail? :) The host name is setup by datacenter ;) So it is not right.

Yes, the hostname should include three unique sections split by periods. EX: hostname.server.com You can update the hostname via: "WHM Home >> Networking Setup >> Change Hostname" Thank you.
