For a cpanel webserver nagios indicates critical for httpd what can be done 1-11-2014 14:51:03 0d 0h 59m 18s 3/3 CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds top indicates mysqld uses cpu usage above 90 i do following root@server234 [~]# pkill mysqld root@server234 [~]# pkill mysqld root@server234 [~]# service mysqld restart mysqld: unrecognized service root@server234 [~]# service mysql restart ERROR! MySQL manager or server PID file could not be found! Starting MySQL..^[[A SUCCESS! root@server234 [~]# service mysql restart Shutting down MySQL..... SUCCESS! Starting MySQL. SUCCESS! root@server234 [~]# still no improvement and websites on server r very slow error_log shows: Sat Jan 11 22:44:06 2014] [error] [client ] Cannot load the ionCube PHP Loader - it was built with configuration API220090626,NTS, whereas running engine is API220100525,NTS
